  • 8 large round zucchini slices
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 8 tablespoons Rao's Pizza Sauce
  • 12 tablespoons grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 32 slices pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  2. Slice zucchini into thick rounds (about 3/4 inch).
  3. Grill zucchini for about 7 minutes on one side until grill marks appear.
  4. Remove from grill and place grilled-side up on a cutting board.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sauce and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on each slice.
  6. Top with 4 slices of pepperoni (or other toppings).
  7. Return to the grill and close the lid, cooking for another 7 minutes until cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot.
