  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups fresh lettuce leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes or diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken: Combine olive oil, minced garlic, spices, and lemon juice. Rub onto chicken and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
