Instructions

  1. Boil or steam the carrots and baby potatoes until fork-tender (about 8-10 minutes). Toss with salt and set aside.
  2. Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Grill or pan-sear for about 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown. Slice into strips.
