  • 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • Bell peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 1 red onion (cut into one inch pieces)

Instructions

  1. Cut the top sirloin steak into one-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, minced garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, and sesame seeds.
  3. Add the cubed steak to the marinade and toss to coat. Cover and marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Cut the bell peppers and red onion into one-inch pieces.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  6. Thread marinated steak cubes onto skewers, alternating with pieces of onion and bell peppers.
  7. Grill skewers for 8-10 minutes until cooked to desired doneness, turning occasionally.
