  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, shredded parmesan, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with extra mozzarella and grated parmesan.
  3. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. Optional: Broil for an additional 2 minutes for a golden finish.
