  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cut sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Preheat your cast iron skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
  3. Sear half of the steak pieces for 2-3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 2-3 minutes until desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat slightly, add butter and minced garlic, sauté for one minute until fragrant.
  5. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then return cooked steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce for about one minute.
  6. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh parsley before serving warm.
