  • 1/2 stick salted butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon slices (for serving)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven's broiler.
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut through the top of each lobster shell towards the tail and create a one-inch rectangle shape to expose the meat.
  3. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about 30 seconds. Stir in minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice until combined.
  5. Drizzle or spread the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat. Reserve some for dipping later.
  6. Broil the lobster tails for 5–8 minutes until opaque and cooked through. Serve immediately with remaining garlic butter and lemon slices.
