  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup confectioners sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spray a 12-inch round pizza pan with baking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture until combined. Spread the dough into an even layer on the prepared pizza pan.
