  • 1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz) can Kidney Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can Black Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (15 oz) can Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • ¼ cup Chili Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your vegetables: Chop onion and bell peppers; mince garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef in olive oil. Drain excess grease.
