  • 12 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
  • 3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon banana ketchup
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 inch ginger (minced)
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken cubes with soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, banana ketchup, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and brush skewers with olive oil.
  5. Grill skewers until charred on both sides and cooked through (about 10-12 minutes). Serve hot.
