  • 1 cup dashi broth
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Green onions (for garnish)
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the enoki mushrooms by dividing them into small bunches. Roll each bunch with a slice of beef.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dashi broth, mirin, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper; stir until blended.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the sliced onions until caramelized (3-5 minutes).
  4. Place the beef rolls in the skillet over the onions and drizzle with sauce. Cover and cook for 3 minutes, flip rolls, then cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
