  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam

  4. Fold sifted dry ingredients into meringue until smooth.

  6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 15-18 minutes; cool completely before removing.
  7. Heat heavy cream and pour over chopped dark chocolate; mix in butter and raspberry jam until smooth.
  8. Pair similar-sized shells, pipe ganache on one, and sandwich with another shell.
  9. Refrigerate for 24 hours to enhance flavors.
