  • 1 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
