  • 5 cups organic chicken stock/broth
  • 1 ½ cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 lemon (sliced and juiced)
  • 2 cups organic kale (chopped)
  • Garlic
  • Fresh thyme
  • 2 Tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Sea salt + black pepper, to taste
  • 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsps On Everything All-Purpose Blend
  • 4 Tbsps organic all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown on both sides.
  2. Add minced garlic and thyme sprigs; stir until fragrant.
  3. Sprinkle in flour while stirring continuously to create a roux; cook until lightly golden.
  4. Gradually whisk in chicken stock/broth; bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add gnocchi and chopped kale; cook until the gnocchi floats.
  6. Stir in heavy cream, fresh lemon juice, and lemon zest; heat through before serving.
