  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small yellow onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 small tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by coating it with a mixture of flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the coated chicken until golden brown on both sides; set aside.
