  • 12 oz small pasta noodles
  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick-cut Turkey Bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 TBS olive oil
  • 1 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. While pasta cooks, thaw peas and prepare Turkey Bacon and parmesan cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with peas, Turkey Bacon, and parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing over it and mix well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or serve immediately if preferred.
