  • Fresh parsley
  • Baby potatoes, halved
  • Fresh thyme
  • Unsalted butter
  • Garlic, minced
  • Chicken broth
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, sear until browned on both sides (5-6 minutes each side). Remove from skillet.
