  • 200 g fettuccine or tagliatelle
  • 250 g chicken breast
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 60 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the skillet.
