  • 8 oz linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook linguine in salted water until al dente; reserve some pasta water and drain.
  2. 2. Season the steak with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper, then sear in a skillet with olive oil and butter until desired doneness.
  3. 3. Remove the steak to rest, then prepare the sauce in the same skillet by sautéing garlic and adding cream and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. 4. Stir in cheeses and reserved pasta water as needed, then toss in linguine.
  5. 5. Slice the rested steak against the grain and serve over the pasta with extra sauce drizzled on top.
