  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley or chives, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear seasoned chicken in a skillet with olive oil and butter until golden and cooked through; remove from skillet.
