  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract (10mL)
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (210g)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar; mix until light and fluffy.
