  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate (60-70% cocoa)
  • Zest and juice of 2 large fresh oranges
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool.
