  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 ounces chocolate almond bark
  • 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ of a 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • Green food coloring

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
  2. Combine cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour into the mixture until smooth.
  3. Roll dough into balls, place on a lined baking sheet, and press your thumb into the center.
  4. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes; re-indent if needed.
  5. Prepare fudge filling by melting white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk; stir in mint extract.
  6. Spoon fudge into cookie centers and drizzle melted chocolate almond bark over each cookie.
