  • 2 cups arugula or mixed greens (optional)

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions
