  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  1. Cook penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, drain, and set aside.
