  • 1 cup milk
  • ⅓ cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • Additional caramel sauce for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon over medium heat until soft. Allow to cool.
  2. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs with melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Portion the crust into 28 plastic cups and press down to form even layers.
  4. Whisk instant pudding mix with milk until smooth; chill for about 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in salted caramel sauce; blend until smooth using an electric mixer.
  6. Whip heavy cream until thick; fold into the pudding mixture gently.
  7. Pipe the mousse into each prepared cup over the crust layer.
