  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
