  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsps salt
  • 1.5 quarts favorite ice cream flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two 8×8 pans lined with parchment paper.
  2. Mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
  4. Incorporate vegetable oil and vanilla until evenly mixed.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients.
  6. Divide brownie batter between the two pans and bake for about 30–40 minutes.
