  • 60 g butter
  • 50 g raw cane sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 70 g powdered sugar
  • 0.5 tonka bean (or vanilla extract)
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
  • 150 g almond spekulatius cookies
  • 40 g almond flakes

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces. Melt butter in a large pan.
  2. Add the diced apples, raw cane sugar, and salted caramel into the melted butter. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until apples are soft and caramelized.
  3. In a bowl, mix yogurt, cream cheese, powdered sugar, grated tonka bean (or vanilla), and Ceylon cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Crush the spekulatius cookies and toast with almond flakes in a small pot until golden.
  5. Layer the caramelized apples, cream mixture, and cookie crunch in dessert glasses.
  6. Chill for at least an hour before serving.
