  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion, mince the garlic, and dice the celery. Peel and cube the potatoes.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and celery; sauté for 4–5 minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in cubed potatoes and add chicken broth; bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to simmer for about 10–12 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  4. Season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper; stir well.
  5. Slowly add milk and cream while stirring continuously; simmer gently for 5–7 minutes without boiling.
  6. Fold in lump crab meat; simmer for another 3–4 minutes until heated through.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning before serving hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
