  • 12 oz farfalle pasta
  • 10 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 heaping tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine quartered cherry tomatoes and cooked turkey bacon pieces.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and Italian dressing until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled pasta to the bowl with tomatoes and turkey bacon; mix gently while adding half of the dressing.
  5. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  6. One hour before serving, add baby spinach and remaining dressing; season with salt and pepper to taste.
