- 12 oz. farfalle pasta noodles
- 10 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2/3 cup ranch dressing
- 1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise (can sub sour cream or Greek yogurt)
- 2 tsp. dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Italian dressing
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Cook farfalle pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine quartered cherry tomatoes and crispy turkey bacon pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together ranch dressing, mayonnaise (or substitute), dijon mustard, and Italian dressing until smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the mixing bowl with tomatoes and turkey bacon; stir well.
- Mix in half of the dressing and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Before serving, add baby spinach and remaining dressing; season with salt and pepper to taste.
