  • 1 cup dry ditalini pasta
  • 1 dried bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup water
