  • 1 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, shredded
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • Juice of lime
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 cup green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil. Add shredded Brussels sprouts, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until soft and golden brown, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Return the beef mixture to the skillet and stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until heated through.
  4. Serve hot on its own or over rice for a more filling meal.
