  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and salt. Add egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the mashed bananas, then add flour and stir until smooth.
