  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (about 1 large clove)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil (plus more for brushing grill)

Instructions

  1. Cut the salmon into six equal portions and place skin side down in a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, dijon mustard, minced garlic, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  3. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the marinade. Coat the salmon with the remaining marinade and let it rest for 10 minutes.
